Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in People Development to foster continuous and meaningful growth within the organization — supporting freshers, new managers, and teams as we scale. You will collaborate closely with leadership and all levels of the company to create effective systems responding to our employees' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all processes related to people development, proactively designing initiatives aligned with our biannual and annual goals.
• Perform skill gap assessments at individual, team, and organizational levels, translating findings into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to connect recruitment outcomes to development efforts, managing organizational structure evolution.
• Partner with team leaders to establish individual growth plans anchored in KRA/KPI frameworks, and implement feedback mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop frameworks to detect issues concerning performance, behavior, or culture early, and create cross-team learning initiatives to address skill disparities stemming from varying client or team exposure.
• Work alongside organizational leaders on designing scalable structures as the company grows.
• Design and facilitate development programs for first-time managers focusing on feedback, coaching, and leadership fundamentals.
• Coordinate with the Process Excellence team to integrate AI-driven dashboarding, automation, and issue detection into HR operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years specialized in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Executive Development, preferably in dynamic service, analytics, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to construct practical and effective frameworks without unnecessary complexity or oversimplification.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to quickly build trust, conduct candid discussions, and understand group dynamics.
• Adaptable to ambiguous and early-stage organizational environments, capable of driving progress despite incomplete information.
• Demonstrate a proactive, builder mindset; comfortable creating novel solutions amidst resource constraints and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Highly efficient communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• A strong ambassador of organizational values including client focus, empathy, and leading by example.

Additional Information

This position is based in Pune Division, Maharashtra and requires onsite presence. Aristok places strong emphasis on nurturing talent and building scalable people systems as part of its growth strategy.
