Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting initiatives by analyzing challenges and proposing actionable solutions.

• Plan and oversee strategic projects ensuring goals are met within set timelines.

• Facilitate digital and organizational transformation by interpreting business needs into executable plans.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Management; MBA or equivalent master's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum four years in automotive, consulting, strategy, project management, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
• Proven track record in client-focused projects and cross-functional teamwork internationally.
• Additional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt considered beneficial.
