Logistics Specialist

Role Overview

Zoomlion is hiring a Logistics Specialist to oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies while keeping transport operations efficient, compliant, and well documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and track the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Improve delivery routing and scheduling to raise efficiency and keep logistics costs under control.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and assist with inventory control tasks.
• Compile logistics updates and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Follow company procedures as well as relevant transport and safety regulations.
• Assist with fleet usage, vehicle planning, and maintenance coordination.
• Spot opportunities to refine processes and strengthen logistics performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations.
• Background in coordinating fleet operations and logistics workflows.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; exposure to ERP platforms or logistics software is a plus.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capable of handling pressure, juggling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
