Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will work under the Logistics Manager, managing warehouse activities such as inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order processing. A key duty is facilitating the integration of Microsoft Business Central into daily procedures to maintain data accuracy, monitor product movement, and enhance operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a proactive approach, experience in healthcare or regulated sectors, and an aptitude for leveraging technology to optimize logistics.

Primary Responsibilities

Work weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., averaging between 35 to 40 hours weekly.
Manage daily warehouse functions including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping of durable medical equipment.
Guarantee precise and timely order picking, packing, and shipment while adhering to customer service standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain comprehensive inventory documentation and assist in organizing stock and performing inventory reconciliations.
Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams through regular communication and prompt resolution of operational concerns.
Effectively communicate with team members, management, vendors, and customers both verbally and in writing.
Utilize various software platforms and warehouse management systems efficiently to execute daily responsibilities.
Proactively identify and propose improvements to warehouse processes that elevate efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Uphold a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in compliance with company safety regulations.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support business functions.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and relevant regulatory standards for DME storage and distribution.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards, conducting regular safety audits to sustain a safe work environment.

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience combination with at least one year of related training or experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to analyze data for identifying operational improvements and enhancing product performance.
