Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Listing Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role entails overseeing all aspects of property listings, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing presentation across company platforms and external real estate portals. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying comprehensive property details, collaborating with advisors and developers, crafting detailed listings with compelling descriptions, managing photographic content, and highlighting key investment points. Maintaining brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality are paramount. Additionally, the specialist will track listing analytics, recommend enhancements for increased visibility and engagement, and provide timely support to internal sales teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in creating and managing property listings with precision and content organization suited for luxury real estate portfolios.
• Experience operating real estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, listing platforms, and basic analytics tools to evaluate and boost listing performance.
• Exceptional writing skills to develop clear and persuasive property descriptions and investment overviews targeting high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong ability to coordinate effectively with advisors, photographers, and developers to compile complete and accurate property information.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, legal regulations, and privacy protocols.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous.
• Prior involvement in real estate, luxury goods, or investment advisory sectors is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi with a proactive approach, client-centric focus, and a drive to deliver measurable results.
