About the Team
We seek a highly organized, discreet, and technologically adept Legal Operations Analyst to join our legal department in Singapore. Job Description
- Deliver top-notch administrative and operational assistance to the legal team.
- Maintain and systematically update legal documents, databases, trackers, and records related to legal matters.
- Manage document handling tasks: filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, formatting, compiling, and organizing substantial amounts of documentation.
- Draft standard communications and aid in document formatting, collation, and compilation.
- Support legal document execution, tracking, filing, and retrieval processes.
- Handle invoice processing and support administrative aspects of managing legal matters.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external collaborators when necessary.
- Utilize technology tools like Microsoft Office, document management software, databases, and AI-driven tools to boost accuracy, efficiency, and workflow uniformity.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving administrative and document management processes.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
