Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement leasing strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy rates and rental revenue.
• Conduct market research and networking activities to identify and approach potential tenants.
• Lead lease negotiations covering terms, conditions, and rental pricing.
• Manage existing tenant relationships, overseeing renewals, expansions, and relocations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to attract preferred brands and boost customer footfall.
• Analyze consumer behavior and retail trends to align leasing efforts with current market demands.
• Work with legal and finance departments to ensure proper lease documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor lease expiry schedules, vacancy metrics, and prepare detailed leasing reports.
• Oversee timely handover of retail spaces and coordinate tenant fit-out schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of proven experience in retail or mall leasing.
• Well-established network among retail brands and leasing brokers.
• Familiarity with lease regulations, mall operations, and tenant management processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• Insight into shopping mall operations and prevailing retail market trends.
