About the Role

We support adult learners through reliable systems, ongoing training, and professional development resources.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as an independent contractor, supporting participant engagement and communication remotely. This role requires working independently within established procedures and managing assigned duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to individuals seeking information about our development programs, adhering to established communication protocols.
Provide detailed information about our various professional development offerings and address general inquiries according to set guidelines.
Utilize CRM platforms, video conferencing tools, email, and other digital applications to coordinate daily tasks and maintain precise records.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
Handle communication and administrative tasks autonomously within a structured remote work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in corporate training, administration, HR, or client service roles.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for fostering constructive professional relationships.
Proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM workflows, and online database management.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of independent work in a remote setting.

Additional Information
