At Regeneron, our mission is to leverage science and innovation to create transformative medicines for individuals with serious illnesses. We are expanding our Warehouse and Logistics team and are looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate to join us in making a meaningful global impact.
Work Schedule and Location
- This role requires availability for shifts covering a 24/7 schedule.
- The position is based at Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receiving shipments by unloading trucks, performing heavy lifting, and operating forklifts safely.
- Inspecting and unpacking goods, verifying the contents against purchase orders or invoices, and keeping accurate records in physical and electronic formats.
- Moving materials to quality assurance, storage, or processing areas and documenting these transfers within computerized systems.
- Maintaining detailed records of incoming materials, confirming inventory accuracy against packing slips or Certificates of Analysis.
- Organizing, stocking, and distributing inventory materials to manufacturing departments.
- Scheduling the receipt timings for raw materials shipments.
- Packing materials for shipment, following documented standard operating procedures, and loading trucks appropriately.
- Supporting the shipping process for finished goods for filling, labeling, and distribution stages.
- Assisting with the receipt of finished products from fillers, labelers, and other sources.
- Participating in Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) when necessary.
- Engaging in investigations and corrective actions such as Notification of Events (NOE), Environmental Observation Events (EOE), or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitoring and tracking employee training compliance, including overseeing on-the-job training (OJT).
- Conducting monthly performance review meetings with direct reports.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma, GED, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
- An associate degree and/or prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in a current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulated environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts, handheld scanners, and possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly salary for this role ranges from 18.54 to 28.99. The final compensation will depend on the candidate's specific role, level, skills, and experience. Additional location-specific benefits will be shared during hiring.
