Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, complex spice and additive mixtures, and meat products.
• Conduct microbiological and chemical-physical analyses independently following standardized testing protocols.
• Execute sensory assessments to evaluate product quality and properties.
• Take representative samples from raw materials and execute environmental microbiological monitoring sampling.
• Manage incoming samples by registering, labeling, and ensuring their proper storage.
• Prepare and process samples according to established laboratory guidelines.
• Evaluate test outcomes, interpret data, and maintain digital records accurately.
• Compile analysis certificates and assist with requisite documentation.
• Coordinate with external laboratories and oversee any outsourced analytical work.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring upkeep and calibration per maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training in dairy lab technology, chemical laboratory technology, food technology, or a similar discipline.
• Hands-on experience in food analysis or related laboratory settings.
• Familiarity with instrumental analysis methods, particularly high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP software, SAP preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to documentation detail.
• Reliable, dedicated, proactive mindset coupled with excellent teamwork capabilities.
• Good command of English for both written and spoken communication.
