Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a well-presented Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2. This position requires flexibility in working shifts to ensure continuous service availability for passengers.
Key Duties
- Warmly welcome and attend to passengers, providing courteous and efficient service.
- Inform passengers about Rapido services and assist in booking Rapido cabs to their destinations.
- Offer helpful guidance and support to passengers including assistance with their luggage.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor by offering water and a pleasant gesture during interactions.
Additional Details
- Work shifts vary and include morning, day, afternoon, evening, and night; flexibility is essential.
- Position is based on-site at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2.
- Priority given to male candidates.
- Salary is up to INR 27,000 CTC per month.
