Role Overview
The Kinaxis Lead Analyst supports the expansion and daily operation of the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform within the Global IT group. Partnering closely with the Senior Kinaxis Consultant, this role includes system configuration, integration assistance, testing, and managing day-to-day activities. It is ideal for a driven professional with proven Kinaxis implementation experience seeking to embrace greater responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Kinaxis projects including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing phases, and deployment.
- Create and update workbooks, dashboards, alert systems, and data visualizations within Kinaxis.
- Support development and upkeep of data integrations between Kinaxis and external environments such as ERP and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
- Oversee data ingestion and integration workflows, resolving data integrity problems as they arise.
- Deliver second-tier technical assistance for user-reported Kinaxis platform incidents.
- Conduct various testing types including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; documenting outcomes and addressing defects.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience specifically with Kinaxis Maestro, including at least one comprehensive end-to-end implementation.
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or closely related disciplines.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views within Kinaxis.
- Solid understanding of data integration principles and experience handling Kinaxis data feeds.
- Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and validating data.
- Knowledge of fundamental supply chain planning elements covering demand, supply, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or related service management processes including incident, change, and problem management.
- Additional advantages include Kinaxis certification, exposure to ERP systems like SAP, QAD, or IFS, and experience with ETL tools.
