Overview
smartdept. is looking for a Junior Web Designer to assist an agency client. This is a part-time, fully remote, ongoing contract role centered on migrating a client's website to Webflow or Framer.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites that are visually engaging, user-centric, and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate web design elements into marketing campaigns.
- Keep current with the latest trends and technologies in web design.
- Oversee website development projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure site builds meet specifications.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and analytics.
- Provide constructive feedback to marketing on design effectiveness.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in web design and development roles.
- Strong grasp of web design principles and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of working independently and within team settings.
