Junior Project Manager

Position Overview

Tech Pipeline is collaborating with a prominent industrial company in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia to alleviate operational challenges within their internal systems. This role as a Junior Project Manager involves coordinating targeted technical solutions that bridge gaps between the client's existing tools and their workflow requirements. Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of technical fixes including updating routing rules and reconciling databases.
• Maintain detailed project logs ensuring every operational friction point is assigned and resolved.
• Prepare clear, jargon-free status updates explaining technical challenges to the client’s operations team.
• Organize documentation for new workflow processes to serve as a definitive reference for the client.
• Monitor project backlog to detect recurring errors pointing to potential systemic failures.
• Follow up with team members to confirm the proper functioning of system integrations.
• Support the final system handover ensuring the client can independently run the platform post-engagement.
