Role Overview

We are expanding our international footprint and seek a Junior Front-End Developer residing in the MENA region to join our fully remote team. This position is perfect for a motivated developer enthusiastic about crafting quality interfaces, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, and honing technical abilities in a dynamic healthcare-related setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and sustain responsive, accessible, and user-centric web interfaces for healthcare clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
• Build landing pages, websites, and marketing materials to support digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure precise delivery of design and functionality.
• Implement front-end enhancements focusing on SEO, conversion rate optimization, and overall website performance.
• Optimize sites for optimal speed, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness across devices including desktop, tablets, and mobiles.
• Maintain and update content and templates on CMS platforms like WordPress as per client needs.
• Identify and resolve front-end issues; perform thorough testing across various environments to uphold quality.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and methodologies; engage in peer code reviews and feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between zero and two years of practical experience in front-end development, including internships or freelance work.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Basic exposure to front-end libraries/frameworks such as React or Vue is advantageous.
• Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, is preferred.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly front-end coding practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and design handoff applications such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Awareness of website performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility techniques.
• Preferred skills include knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap, basic accessibility guidelines, JavaScript build tools, and domain exposure to healthcare or regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
