I-KIT STEAM Lab is a pioneering educational firm collaborating with schools across India to set up premier STEAM, Robotics, AI, and Innovation Laboratories. We seek a diligent and enthusiastic Junior Accountant capable of managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial administration effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive financial accounts, ledgers, books, and records.
• Process sales and purchase accounting including issuance and management of invoices and vendor bills.
• Track accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare necessary documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory return filings.
• Manage daily banking transactions and cash flow.
• Support payroll processes and employee reimbursement activities.
• Handle inventory and stock-related accounting, including report preparation, transfers, verification, and detailed school-wise stock records.
• Maintain detailed school-specific financial tracking for billing, equipment, books, lab materials, and consumables supplied.
• Generate and oversee MIS and financial reports covering debtors, creditors, stock status, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monthly expense summaries.

Required Expertise

• Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• Well-versed with GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with accounting software platforms.
