Junior Accountant

Job Summary

Welkin Airtech Private Limited is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team in Delhi-NCR. The candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks related to sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, GST compliance, and TDS management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales invoices based on Purchase Orders.
• Record and manage purchase invoices along with maintaining required purchase documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and keep detailed bank ledgers updated.
• Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts and actively follow up on outstanding payments.
• Generate e-way bills and prepare bills related to transportation activities.
• Oversee invoicing operations while ensuring proper documentation of all invoices.
• Possess thorough knowledge of GST compliance requirements such as filing returns, reconciliations, and other related activities.
• Handle all TDS-related duties including deduction, payment processing, and adhering to compliance standards.
