Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Jewellery Sales Associate to enhance customer experience and drive sales at our Delhi-NCR location. This role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting new products and offers, and supporting sales activities within the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer needs to increase sales conversion while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Educate clients about the latest jewellery designs, ongoing schemes, and promotional offers to boost engagement and purchases.
• Collaborate with the Relationship Executive for area-specific initiatives.
• Assist with the try-at-home service under guidance from the Store Manager.
• Conduct follow-ups and home visits to prospective customers for finalizing sales deals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or related sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized work habits.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 31,000 INR.
