About The Role
Based in Sydney, Australia, The Well Team seeks a dedicated IT Specialist to oversee and enhance the technology infrastructure that underpins our NDIS service delivery and participant experience. This role is integral to maintaining reliable, secure, and effective IT systems that enable exceptional support aligned with our WorkWell™ Model.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and software applications.
- Configure and administer various systems critical for service delivery, staff coordination, and participant support.
- Introduce and implement technology initiatives that boost operational efficiency and elevate service quality.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ensuring fulfillment of service-level agreements and optimal vendor performance.
