Overview

This part-time IT Director position at Evolution360 SA de CV is based in Dubai, offering a hybrid work setup that includes some opportunities for remote work. The IT Director will be responsible for supervising the entire IT infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, including hardware and software implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support technological needs.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee network security, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives through collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Establish IT policies and standards to promote continuous improvement in technology processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in IT management and operations with the capability to manage day-to-day technology functions effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
• Experience in network security practices, threat monitoring, and data protection.
• Ability to craft and execute IT strategies in alignment with organizational aims.
• Previous leadership roles in IT or technology environments, preferably at director or senior management levels.
• Understanding of IT risk management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities suited to a hybrid workplace.
• Relevant educational background including at least a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP are beneficial.
