About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Investment Analyst specializing in real estate to evaluate and manage investment prospects while enhancing investment portfolios. The role involves conducting in-depth feasibility studies, advanced financial analysis, and assessing investment returns.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for new projects.
• Analyze financial scenarios including best-case, base-case, and worst-case.
• Evaluate financial and investment risks.
• Examine potential opportunities and challenges.
• Perform comparative analysis of various investment options.
• Accurately calculate key investment metrics such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Return on Investment (ROI), Payback Period, and profitability ratios.
• Monitor and assess the performance of current investments and portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to enhance returns and recommend portfolio rebalancing.
• Develop complex financial models to simulate different scenarios (What-if and Sensitivity Analysis).
• Forecast future financial outcomes and scenarios.
• Conduct research on new investment opportunities and real estate market trends.
• Produce comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collect and analyze financial data, maintain investment databases, update project information, and create data visualizations using tools like Power BI.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of ROI, IRR, and NPV methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and current trends.
• Experience using Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• University degree in Financial Management, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and research capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
