Job description
Role Overview
The Inventory Executive will oversee all activities related to stock management within the warehouse environment. This position is responsible for receiving inventory, maintaining accurate records, conducting physical stock verification, and ensuring proper organization and safety of inventory items.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and perform thorough inspections.
- Update inventory data using ERP systems and Excel sheets.
- Carry out physical stock counts and cycle audits regularly.
- Match physical stock with recorded inventory and highlight any variances.
- Label and arrange inventory systematically within the warehouse.
- Assist in order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
- Keep track of inventory levels, flagging shortages or damaged items promptly.
- Provide support during inventory audits and stock verifications.
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and operations departments to streamline process flows.
- Ensure all documentation for inbound and outbound goods is accurately maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards for inventory storage.
- Strictly comply with all standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 16000 to 24000 INR.
