International Voice Process Associate - US Energy Sales Campaign

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and outcome-oriented International Voice Process Associates to join our US Energy Campaign based in Rajarhat. This role entails engaging with US-based customers via outbound calls to promote and finalize sales of energy-related services.

Job Details

• Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal
• Shift Timings: Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM
• Working Days: Five days per week with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively calling prospective US clients to pitch energy services
• Handling the entire sales cycle and successfully closing deals
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction throughout interactions
• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education qualification: completion of 10th Grade
• At least one year of proven experience in international voice process sales roles is mandatory
• Strong command of English communication skills for seamless conversations
• Effective persuasion and negotiation techniques
• Availability and willingness to work during night shifts
• Note: Fresh graduates will not be considered

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 30,000, credited on the 1st of each month
