Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

We seek a committed and skilled Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects throughout their lifecycle. The role involves coordinating all site-related operations, managing workforce including subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects punctually within budget constraints.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily activities on-site for interior fit-outs.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, clients, and subcontractors for smooth operations.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Guarantee workmanship quality and adherence to design plans.
• Manage tasks across carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, flooring, and other interior elements.
• Perform site inspections and promptly resolve any issues encountered during execution.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety standards.
• Track material supply, stock levels, and correct application on site.
• Generate daily progress reports and keep management informed.
• Participate in meetings with clients to address site-related concerns.
• Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and budget.
