About the Role
Elite Unique Services Private Limited seeks an innovative Interior Designer to lead both residential and commercial interior projects. Positioned in Tathawade, Pune, this full-time day shift role demands a keen artistic sense, expertise in space planning, and a focus on functionality to fulfill client expectations and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interior designs for residential and commercial environments.
- Develop layout plans, 2D sketches, and 3D visual concepts.
- Interpret client needs to deliver imaginative design solutions.
- Choose appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and décor components.
- Collaborate closely with architects, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Perform on-site inspections to track project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare estimates, presentations, and design proposals for projects.
- Ensure projects complete on time and within allocated budgets.
- Keep abreast of current trends and innovations in interior design and materials.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates, internship seekers, and professionals with experience.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design-related software.
- Strong creativity paired with problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and client engagement capabilities.
- Coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Experience with 3D visualization software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion is beneficial.
