Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will manage incoming customer inquiries, present the company's offerings, foster relationships with potential clients, and successfully convert leads into sales. The position requires strong communication and persuasion abilities while maintaining a client-first attitude.

Key Duties

• Respond to inbound customer queries and achieve sales conversions.
• Engage with interested prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups.
• Effectively explain services and resolve customer questions.
• Develop and nurture durable customer relationships.
• Keep accurate client information updated within the CRM system.
• Meet monthly sales objectives consistently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• Between 0 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong oral communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Effective customer engagement skills with a focus on target achievement.
• Fresh graduates possessing good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
