Cotton On Group, a beloved Australian fashion brand, is seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join their new mega store opening in Maroochydore, Queensland. This position offers the chance to creatively energize the retail space by crafting compelling visual stories that enhance customer experience and align with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain superior visual merchandising standards that highlight products and captivate shoppers.
- Translate the brand's 'big idea' through evocative storytelling and stylish outfit displays.
- Optimize store layout by ensuring clear sightlines and proper fixture placement to boost customer flow and sales.
- Support trade marketing activities, visual refreshes, and in-store promotions.
- Customize visual merchandising approaches to reflect local store characteristics while preserving brand essence.
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Coach and mentor store teams on visual merchandising principles and standards.
- Leverage customer insights and sales data to strategically position highlight products and refine visual presentations.
