Position Overview and Rewards

Join our in-home care team in Sonoma County, specializing in helping clients in areas such as Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma. This role offers competitive hourly wages between $20.00 and $20.75, with weekly payment through direct deposit. New hires may be eligible for a $250 bonus when hired by August 31, 2026, contingent on fulfilling at least sixteen visits within the initial 45 days and maintaining good standing.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule and Support

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one assistance within clients’ homes
• Help clients with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and managing incontinence
• Assist with safe movement and transfers
• Prepare meals and conduct light housekeeping chores
• Provide companionship and aid clients in maintaining independence and safety

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of six months paid professional caregiving experience or current certification/licensure as CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN (family caregiving experience does not qualify)
• Availability for at least two recurring shifts weekly with the same client(s)
• Comfort and capability providing hands-on personal care
• Ability to assist clients with physical transfers
• Basic competence in English—speaking, reading, and writing
• Capacity to complete necessary compliance, registration, and licensing prerequisites

Additional Information

Possession of a driver’s license and dependable transportation is optional but can enhance access to additional client assignments across the region.
