Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic consultant, collaborating closely with business leaders to synchronize human capital strategy with organizational goals. This position will support a diverse workforce in both operational and corporate areas, ensuring legal compliance, boosting employee engagement, and advancing performance within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Offer strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, and talent growth.
- Analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist with change management including restructuring, expansion, and transformation initiatives.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership skills, and employee engagement tactics.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of labor laws, organizational policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong comprehension of relevant employment legislation at federal or provincial levels.
- Proven skill in influencing leadership and driving organizational change.
- Experience supporting strategic HR initiatives and managing organizational change.
- Solid business insight with the ability to connect HR decisions to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- CHRP/CHRL certification or progress toward obtaining it is considered advantageous.
