Job Location and Working Hours

This role is based in Wadala West, Mumbai. Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with every alternate Saturday off.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates sourced from databases, job portals, and personal references.
• Inform candidates about available job roles and company background.
• Assess candidates against basic eligibility requirements.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate with respective hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment tracker databases with candidate information.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview timings and onboarding procedures.
• Establish and nurture a pipeline of potential future candidates.

Eligibility

Applicants must have completed graduation.
