Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates using diverse sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to extending offers.
- Identify and engage top talent across multiple channels.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews effectively.
- Advertise job vacancies across appropriate job boards and social networks.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate evaluation processes.
