The Hub Manager is responsible for efficiently managing daily operational activities at the hub to ensure smooth shipment processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the hub as per established operational protocols.
• Supervise the executive team in managing shipment flows.
• Plan daily activities in accordance with delivery schedules.
• Train and keep team members informed about operational standards.
• Sort shipments based on designated routes.
• Prepare run sheets and pickup sheets, assigning tasks to executives daily.
• Compile reports, monitor communications, and respond to emails promptly.
• Directly execute hub-related tasks when necessary.
• Maintain petty cash handling with accuracy.
• Support shipment deliveries and pickups as operational demands require.
• Recruit manpower aligned with operational needs.
