About the Role

Fast And Direct Services is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join their team in Vashi, Mumbai, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sundays off as a fixed weekly holiday. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on the interview outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings efficiently.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Design and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
Adhere to the established recruitment policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Keep detailed and accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics for reporting purposes.
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
Discuss salary packages and benefits with chosen candidates to finalize employment terms.
Ensure a smooth and organized onboarding experience for new hires.

Candidate Profile

Applicants can be freshers or possess between six months to one year of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO sector.
Good grasp of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
