We are seeking an HR Payroll Consultant to support clients within the Business Process Solutions sector, delivering expertise both onsite and remotely in HR payroll operations. Join our team in locations including Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with experts to analyze current HR processes and develop efficient operational solutions.
  • Handle a diverse set of duties ranging from German payroll processing for national and international employees to involvement in personnel administration projects managed within the CFO's area of responsibility.
  • Provide hands-on support to clients regarding payroll accounting and wage tax matters, acting as a liaison between financial and payroll departments.
  • Engage in agile project teamwork with motivated colleagues from various departments and locations as well as on-site support for international clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in economics or a completed vocational training supplemented by relevant further education.
  • Preferably have initial practical experience from internships or working student roles.
  • Interest in wage tax and social security law and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong affinity for numbers, proficient in MS Office, eager to handle challenging projects within international teams, quick learner, and highly motivated.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
