Overview
Kalyani Motors Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to handle comprehensive human resource functions at their Chennai location. This role involves managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, from joining to exit, ensuring compliance with labour laws, overseeing recruitment, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations covering recruitment, induction, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for dealership positions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and other applicable labour laws.
- Administer payroll processes, monitor attendance, and manage leave policies for employees within the Chennai region.
- Address employee grievances effectively and implement initiatives to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
- Supervise contract labour management ensuring their contractual and legal compliance.
