Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the comprehensive recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and manage a global candidate pool by collaborating with international recruitment agencies; handle visa and relocation logistics in coordination with internal teams.
- Forge and nurture partnerships with hospitality training institutes, airline and cruise line customer service academies, and other vocational training centers to ensure a consistent stream of pre-qualified talent.
- Create and implement a structured onboarding and induction program to acquaint new employees with brand standards, guest engagement protocols, and operational procedures prior to their start date.
- Serve as the principal communicator between operational and branch managers and HR teams, translating staffing needs and skill gaps into strategic recruitment plans.
- Maintain an active and ready talent pipeline for roles with high turnover, ensuring quick fulfillment of vacancies without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting the company on job boards, professional networks, academic placement cells, and recruitment agencies to attract qualified applicants.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics including pipeline status, sourcing effectiveness, and early staff performance and retention trends to the HR Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws by maintaining thorough and accurate hiring and onboarding documentation such as contracts, offer letters, visa paperwork, and personnel files.
