About the Role

Zenesty Salon LLP seeks an energetic and well-organized HR Executive to oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle. This position involves managing recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluation, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance records accurately.
• Coordinate payroll activities with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Facilitate employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Organize training and development activities for staff enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company compliance standards.

Compensation
