Job Overview
Join Venus Beauty in Singapore as an HR Assistant where you will play a critical role in supporting the human resource functions and ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment processes including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution and enabling communication between HR and various departments.
- Prepare essential HR documentation such as employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records and manage confidential information securely.
- Support onboarding activities by introducing new employees to organizational procedures and culture.
- Perform various HR administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record management.
- Manage vendor-related information including details, pricing, and system configurations.
- Assist in rolling out company-wide processes and in tracking payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate communication with external vendors and partners effectively.
- Contribute to organizing HR events, orientations, and training sessions within the company.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
- Proficient in recruitment activities and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English language.
