Position Overview
This role is centered on more than just maintaining cleanliness; it focuses on crafting a distinctive and memorable experience for guests. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the entire hotel's appearance and hygiene standards are upheld.
Key Duties
- Delivering prompt responses to guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Restocking housekeeping carts to maintain readiness.
- Cleaning guest rooms along with public areas thoroughly and consistently.
- Performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning functions necessary to sustain the hotel's environment.
- Handling physical tasks involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
