Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon their arrival.
- Manage guest movement within the lobby, ensuring visitors are directed appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to coordinate guest arrivals and departures seamlessly.
- Respond to inquiries, offering accurate details about the property and available services.
- Maintain an immaculate, well-organized, and inviting front desk and lobby environment.
- Support reservation handling, guest requests, and VIP guest coordination efforts.
- Ensure guests experience a smooth and hospitable journey from entry through check-in processes.
Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in front office or guest-facing roles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident demeanor, polished appearance, and guest service focus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.
- Availability and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
