About the Role

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods located in Bodmin, England. Role Overview

The role involves delivering groceries directly to customers as the face of Iceland Foods. Drivers are responsible for safe van loading, adherence to driving safety practices, performing vehicle checks, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of food products. Flexibility in shift timing is required, with work hours potentially spanning from 6am to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow correct procedures for safe loading of delivery vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times during deliveries
• Conduct necessary vehicle inspections and checks before starting routes
• Ensure delivered food items arrive in optimal condition
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging positively with customers
• Support store operations when asked
• Work independently while efficiently managing your schedule and delivery time

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Robust awareness of road safety rules and regulations
