About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the supply chain operations covering planning, materials management, and customer supply.
• Manage and enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Implement supply chain improvements through structured change management initiatives.
• Develop and apply capacity modeling techniques using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Establish robust processes for demand forecasting, production scheduling, and materials planning.
• Identify potential risks within the supply chain and mitigate them effectively.
• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, including warehouse and distribution logistics.
• Create and monitor meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accountability for performance outcomes.
• Streamline supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership across operations, commercial, finance, and group functions.
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, development, and continuous improvement.

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain within food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Expertise in planning, materials management, and customer supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated track record leading supply chain operations and driving operational improvements through change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage effectively at the senior leadership level.
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills, leveraging data to enhance performance.
• Experience in coaching, developing, and upskilling team members.
