Role Summary

The resort is looking for a welcoming, polished, and guest-focused Guest Assistant to support daily front-of-house operations and help ensure every visitor enjoys a smooth, memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a professional, warm, and courteous approach.
• Handle room bookings and respond to guest questions and requests.
• Carry out check-in and check-out tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Help coordinate dining reservations, transportation, local outings, and other activities.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service throughout the guest journey.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a seamless hospitality experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $18.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
