Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement unconventional growth tactics spanning various product lines.
• Explore nascent platforms, AI innovations, niche communities, and cutting-edge tech to uncover fresh acquisition opportunities.
• Create, launch, and evaluate rapid growth-driven experiments.
• Develop viral, referral-based, community-focused, and product-oriented growth initiatives.
• Identify new marketing channels before they reach mainstream adoption.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to validate and deploy new concepts.
• Analyze experiment outcomes and iterate swiftly in alignment with data insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis to spot untapped avenues for growth.
• Develop minimum viable products (MVPs), landing pages, complimentary tools, or marketing campaigns for quick validation of ideas.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and perpetually suggest innovative strategies to fuel growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Product Growth, Startup Growth, or digital marketing roles.
• Intense curiosity paired with a strong drive for experimentation.
• Proven ability to design and manage growth-oriented experiments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Rapid adaptability to new platforms, technologies, and tools.
