Role overview
Downer is seeking expressions of interest from entry-level candidates to join its permanent workforce at RAAF Williamtown as a Groundsperson. Key duties
- Carry out maintenance and general upkeep of site grounds and garden areas.
- Spot and manage risks connected with grounds maintenance work.
- Operate a range of grounds-care tools and machinery after training, including ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, and related equipment.
Requirements
- Hold a current open driver's licence.
- Be able to obtain and keep a Defence Security Clearance, which requires Australian citizenship.
- Bring a reliable work ethic, a constructive attitude, and commitment to high-quality service.
