Graphic Designer

Role Overview

This role involves crafting compelling visual concepts, designs, and layouts intended to inspire, communicate, and engage the target audience. The scope covers branding initiatives, marketing collateral, digital content, and print media projects.

Design Responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics, logos, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms such as websites and social media, as well as print materials including brochures, banners, and packaging.
• Maintain brand identity consistency by adhering strictly to prescribed color schemes, typography, and styling across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and formulate fresh visual concepts and designs.
• Choose fonts, colors, and imagery effectively to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of designs.

Technical and Production Tasks

• Execute design projects utilizing industry-standard software tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare finalized artwork suitable for both print and digital platforms, ensuring proper resolution, bleed specifications, and file formats.
• Perform photo retouching, resizing, and basic video editing to create engaging social media reels and content.
• Assist in UI/UX related graphics such as web assets, app visuals, landing pages, and email templates in collaboration with development teams.

Collaboration and Project Management

• Engage with clients to comprehend design requirements, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs appropriately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creation, social media, and web development for cohesive project execution.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Keep current with emerging design trends, latest software tools, and evolving social media design practices.

Key Deliverables

• Creation of social media posts and reels, logos, brand identity elements, brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and packaging designs.
• Design of website banners, presentation decks (PPT), advertisements, emailers, and infographics.
