Role Overview

We are searching for a driven Project Coordinator passionate about building and development projects to join our Buildings & Logistics division in Dubai. In this role, you'll support the Project Manager to guarantee project success, client satisfaction, and compliance with quality and safety protocols while upholding Jacobs’ principles of safety, innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with architects and engineers during project execution, including design development, site inspections, and project documentation.
Support Project Management Plan preparation and oversee service delivery according to outlined project guidelines.
Assist procurement activities related to engaging Sub-Consultants.
Coordinate closely with technical teams to track delivery as per contractual commitments.
Partner with Project and Design Managers to monitor subconsultant outputs against timelines and quality benchmarks.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contracted deliverables impacting design progress, ensuring team alignment.
Provide timely budget updates to the Design Team.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations to report service quality and enforce ethical standards among business partners.
Collaborate alongside the Project Manager in regular risk reporting and management.

Qualifications & Skills

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited institution, demonstrating strong academic achievements.
Show persistent drive and dedication toward continuous personal and professional development.
Exhibit effective teamwork and communication skills that facilitate collaboration in varied environments.
Display solid knowledge of control principles relevant to project delivery, capable of supporting project managers under tight deadlines with commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
