Grade VII Project Manager

About the Role

This permanent full-time position is based at the National Screening Service, King's Inns House, 200 Parnell Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. The role falls under Grade VII (0582) within the HSE and is open to both internal HSE and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Applicants must have either a recognized professional project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP, or hold another relevant Level 8 qualification in a related field. Alternatively, substantial relevant project management or management experience, demonstrating equivalence through professional expertise, will be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes governance oversight, detailed planning, risk management, regular reporting, and implementation activities.

Applicants must demonstrate the necessary knowledge, abilities, and suitability to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this office. Health fitness is essential to ensure the ability to provide consistent and efficient service. Integrity and good character are also required.
