Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Managers by overseeing exemplary daily stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock replenishment to deliver a premium factory outlet experience
• Provide management with insights on staffing and resources necessary for fulfilling stockroom operational needs and maintaining a premium stockroom environment
• Embody and promote adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful manner
• Ensure adherence to global retail operational policies, standards, and directives behind the scenes, proposing enhancements to create a world-class factory outlet experience
• Contribute to driving store profitability by achieving or surpassing sales and profit objectives
• Support management teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences while meeting commercial targets

Preferred Experience

• Previous leadership roles in retail environments, particularly within men's/women's apparel or sports footwear sectors
• Proficiency in stockroom procedures and best practices
