About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced caregivers to join a team providing dedicated in-home care for infants and toddlers in Bellevue, WA. This full-time and part-time opportunity is perfect for childcare professionals who enjoy nurturing young children, desire a stable daytime schedule, and want opportunities for professional growth with supportive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a safe and caring environment for infants and toddlers
- Assist with feeding, napping, and keeping consistent daily schedules
- Promote development through age-appropriate play, reading, and interaction
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s daily activities
- Foster a positive atmosphere to encourage learning and growth
Work Schedule
- Preferred availability Monday through Friday
- Shifts mostly between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Typical shift length ranges from 6 to 9 hours
- Assignments with pre-screened local families
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience caring for infants
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Dependable, professional behavior and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to provide at least two childcare-related references plus one character reference
- At least 18 years of age
Experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or similar settings is welcomed and considered valid.
